How we size the team. Each coach carries a caseload of about 30 people by default, which you can adjust above, so the number of coaches grows with your group, not with the number of sessions. Coaching days are rounded up to whole days, and every coach completes one full training day, charged at the same day rate, before delivery begins. A secure connection to your training systems is included; you provide the licences for those systems and for Calendly or your booking tool of choice.
